Digesting Sandara Park’s Paris Fashion Week 2019 Styles

A round of applause please…. Sandara Park came… and shookt Paris Fashion Week 2019! Just when I think she cannot top her last look, she does! She attended 6 shows and camelionized (is there even such a word? LOL) herself and owned every look!

For her 1st look, Sandara goes for a natural girly fashion style which I love love love!!! It’s so good to see Dara upping her estrogen levels and showing the entire world how natural her beauty is. She seldom goes for a girly girl look but when she does.. bammm!!!

Look at how everyone is awestruck by her! Here, Dara is wearing a look from Chloé‘s Spring Summer 2019 Collection. She is wearing a blue/white batwing sleeve cropped top paired with a lovely yellow genie style shorts. She completed her look with mini Chloé “C” Double Carry Bag in sepia brown colour ($1,450).

How can I not pick this as my #1 (or #2), just look at Dara in this ultra sexy street style fashion for Off-White. The long straight extentions, her vamp look make-up and attitude…. yes attitude… everything is on point! For this look, she is wearing Off-White’s oversized distressed logo sweater ($650) and Off White blue Thigh-high crocodile pattern boots with ankle buckle and faux fur detailing.

For Balmain, Dara goes for a chaebol (rich) chic sophisticated fashion style.

Sandara is wearing Balmain’s beige contrast trim tweet jacket with glittering sequins ($4,750) and caramel coloured contouring tweed mini dress with fringe hem.

For her 4th look and my least fave of the bunch is this one for the Vivienne Westwood show, Sandara went for an edgy punk rocker look.

She is wearing Vivienne Westwood’s oversized black midi belted coat with animal print details, floral bondage shoes with brown buckle fastenings (€620), mini bas relief chocker in faux pearl (€130) and Sofia small handbag in orange Saffiano textured leather (€400).

For her 5th show, she attended Thom Browne in a preppy must-do-good girl vibe style.

She is wearing Thom Browne’s black leather brogue platform shoes ($1,015), black hat box jr.  leather circular crossbody bag with tritone side stripes ($1,490) and school uniform pleated miniskirt with dropped back ($1,013).

For Dara’s last look, she goes for a casual chic fashion style which makes you hold your breath for a second and just say… ippo (pretty)!!!

She is wearing Sacai’s blue satin assymetric maxi dress ($1,820) and Sacai’s green mini leather shoulder bag with  blue strap ($541) that completed this modern woman look.

Dara definitely proved that we shouldn’t be afraid to go out of our fashion box and try out something different. My best take away in all of this is the importance of a confident state of mind. I think every time Dara walked, she was singing 2ne1’s hit Naega jeil jal naga (I am the Best) in her head and she is definetly one of this years PFW best! Looking forward to 2020!
