Temperatures are rising as idol-actors EXO’s Baekhyun, ZE:A’s Park Hyung Sik and B1A4’s Jung Jin Young sizzles magazine pages.
Park Hyung Sik debuted in 2010 as part of Star Empire Entertainments’s boy group “ZE:A” and since then has done minor supporting roles in KDramas. He started gaining his much deserved attention from KFans when he portrayed the supporting role of playful chaebol in 2013 hit KDrama “The Heirs”. After that, he took the lead role in 2015 KDrama “High Society” which he starred alongside UEE, Sung Joon and Lim Ji Yeon. For 2016, his upcoming period romance KDrama “Hwarang:The Beginning” will come out by mid-December and just recently he has confirmed his casting to act alongside “Oh My Ghostess” actress Park Bo Young for a 2017 KDrama “Strong Woman Do Bong Soon” (working title).
Jung Jin Young debuted as the leader of WM Entertainment’s boy group “B1A4” in 2011. Fast forward to 2016 and his current supporting role as the hopeful romantic in period romance KDrama “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds” has made him one of the rising idol actors in the industry.
Back in 2012, SM Entertainment, home to Super Junior and Girl’s Generation, launched a new boy group “EXO”. Byun Baekhyun or more popularly known simply as Baekhyun, debuted with the group. Currently, “EXO” has become one of the biggest and most sought after boy band of this generation. Despite the busy schedule of the idol group, Baekhyun still managed to venture out into acting and is currently playing the role of playful 10th Prince in period romance KDrama “Scarlet Heart: Goryeo”.
